Please speak with a team member regarding our most recent protocols to keep our clients, pets and staff safe.
Our mission is to treat every animal as an individual and offer the highest standards in veterinary care regardless of the socio-economic status of the family. We're pleased to offer the following services at Merrill Animal Clinic for dogs and cats:
Because of the lifespan of your pets, we stress the importance of a tailored annual physical examination, or “well-pet” visit. Thorough check-ups and preventative care can detect and alleviate potentially serious health problems.
Whether your pet needs a routine check-up or specialized medical attention, Merrill Animal Clinic is here for you.
Our surgical team provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures, including, but not limited to spay/neuter, exploratory surgeries (such as foreign body retrieval), bladder stone removal, c-sections, and mass removals.
Local care, online convenience. Supporting locals allows us to give your pet the best possible care.
A clean mouth is a happy mouth! Periodontal disease can lead to heart, liver, and kidney disease if left untreated. Many times it is difficult to detect a periodontal problem in pets until it is too late.

I started taking my boy here recently, and we couldn't be happier. Doctor R was more informative and detailed, explaining his health in one visit than multiple years of going to his previous vet. Special thanks to Doctor R, Jessica, G, and Jessica K! Seamus loves going there!
They currently take care of both my dogs. Originally one of them was taken to another vet but I made the switch after regular proper good care and average prices. Not cheap but not inflated prices either.
They are very nice and make sure you are as knowledgeable about your pet and their medications as they are. Always ready to answer any question you have. My 2 dogs absolutely love the employees and Dr's here!
This place was so helpful and informative with a stray we found. He was in terrible shape, only 6 weeks old, worms, infection, and a terrible skin problem. After calling several vets and hearing them say we have no availability that day we call Merrill Animal clinic. We explained our situation to them and they saw us within 30 minutes of our call. How amazing is that. They saved our stray kittens life. My opinion they are the best of the best. Your pet will definitely be in good hands if you use this vet.
My dog had an allergic reaction and my normal vet was closed. The team was incredibly professional and squeezed her in for an appointment at the last minute. 1,000% impressed with their service and care. Definitely switching to Merrill Animal Clinic as my new primary vet!
Called this morning with a minor cat emergency. Not only did they they happily squeeze me in, they’re prices for the incident treatment plus some of my cats annual treatment were extremely reasonable. They also allowed for me to drop him off and return once I got off of work. The staff is very personable and the veterinarian even called herself with her updates on him. I will be bringing all of my pets and my grandmothers to them moving forward.
